今天的課程偏向實用性的計畫撰寫，介紹了許多計畫該含有的因素。對於為什麼要有一個好的計畫，講者舉的故事也很生動。would you save a child drowning in a lake if it would cost you 100 in ruined clothing or a importance meeting？大部分的人會願意，但是當要你捐給NGO去幫助別國小孩，大部分人或許會說NO。一個好的計畫要有目標、swot分析、利害關係人分析等…許多的細節要注意。

    最特別的是，課程最後的小組討論，我們得做出一個log frame來展是我們的衛教計畫。這是一個新的體驗，在限定的時間內大家取得共識並設定目標、目的、output、行動並設定指標以及評估方式和假設所遇到的困難，一次的活動勝過千言萬語，對我的幫助很大。
